I have received an excellent service at the Hualapai Campus on S. Rosa Dr. The MRI went smooth and Georgia, the technician, was making sure that I was comfortable, informing me of what I needed to know for my MRI experience. She made me feel relaxed and prepared for it. Georgia knows how to take care of her customers.
Okay, this is twice, I've had bad interactions with this Imaging center...again. I called as a courtesy to tell them I wouldn't make it to my appointment and they couldn't find me so they were flustered that I didn't know My appointment. But they couldn't find me in the system either. So did I have an appointment based on a result, according to them, I didn't and they didn't care that I missed my appointment. So remind me to never, ever schedule an appointment with this imaging center In kingman arizona.
