We went to KRMC Imaging this morning with no appointment. Alba ,at the front desk, took the time to look for the order from Flagstaff Bone and Joint. She was very patient, helpful, cheerful and very kind. She was able to schedule me this morning. My husband and I just want to thank Alba for an excellent service. Needless to say we are very pleased with how she handled our situation. (Lina Lebrilla).
I recently had an MRI at KRMC, Hualapai Campus. This was the first time I was at this facility although I have had many MRI's in the past. This time, it was so much more comfortable between all the explanation and the use of headphones! I am usually ill after the test, but this year I was fine. Special thank you to Kathy and especially to Georgia .
I would like to take a moment to praise the amazing service and care I received at KRMC Imaging. I have had multiple appts. over the last month or so and have not experienced anything other than wonderful care! Everyone I came in contact with has been professional, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and caring. They got me in appts. quickly and posted in my portal for me to see. Both Barbara and Georgia were wonderful to have as techs for my MRI at the Hualapai campus. Efficient, friendly and thorough. The only concern I have is the religious images pervading the spaces. This is not a non profit religious foundation but a for profit medical facility and should not be presenting as a religious organization.
Recently had a PET SCAN and it was non eventful. The staff, Julie, Holli and Vanessa were amazing! It turned out to be a pleasant experience! Thank you ladies! Judith Gommel
Just had an MRI at the new hospital. The staff which included Alex,Kathy,and Georgia were so professionall and kind they helped me thru an uncomfortable test. From the time I arrived until I had finished both the X-ray and MRI. they were upbeat and answered my questions with confidence and concern. Proud we have this facility and staff here in KINGMAN. Georgia explained the whole procedure very cleanly. Did a wonderful job. Great pleasurer to work with. Barbra has been great every time I have been in the Hualapai campus. if I have a choice I always go to Barbra window.
