I tried to book an appointment for menopause disorder! The way the woman spoke to me was so disrespectful! She said your referral is not good enough!!! Men can go to a regular doctor get testosterone like nothing. I’m trying to see a specialist because there’s no options where I live and she makes me feel more uncomfortable than I already feel!!! She was so rude!!!
Like every AZ doc, good luck having the front desk actually answer their phone. Might have thyroid cancer, can't schedule an appointment because the front desk is too busy to answer the phone OR check voice-mail messages from last week. Thanks guys, it's only my health, I can see why there's no rush for you.
Front desk was super kind to speak with on the phone and patient with me. It was requested that I send more info about labs and imaging through email before scheduling an appointment. This was 2 weeks ago. I've called 2 separate times since and no answers. No call backs. Thyroid disease drains you, the longer it goes on without help. My doctor and I are very confident I have one. I may change my review once and if I finally get a call back, but truthfully not impressed :/
Dr Rubio… so happy to have met her. Believes in actuality being healthy and not stuffing meds down your throat… I absolutely love the caring/ nurturing personality she has.
It took longer to drive up then my appt took but I love this place and the Dr had to get my Testosterone refilled what can I say getting old sucks
