I wouldn't let them work on my lawnmower.
Called hard to get a word in edge wise. Lots of time spent listening to them tell me how busy they are, what they are working on that they get to garage at 4:30 AM. Heard all that and then told they can't do diagnostic test once I got to finally get my question out instead of hearing about their day and answer their questions. Did seem willing to help and fix machine if I wanted it fixed instead of just diagnosed.
