Update: I hope so. 43 degrees in the bathroom linen is not right either. If this is addressed, I will update this review accordingly. As we approach the year end warranty, we continue to have issues with installation in our bathroom and two closets. They have sent people out here multiple times and yet have not addressed the issue correctly. I had an independent company come out and do an assessment. I have built with other builders in the metro and KRM has such integrity, common sense, and is by far the best experience I have had in building a house that I am proud to call home.
The builder communicated well and explained everything important clearly. The house construction is also spot on and they took extra time to fix a squeak in a closet that I couldn't even hear! Highly recommend any house from this company!
