We brought our older Subaru to KRM for an oil change as part of our troubleshooting for a check engine light. The owner and mechanic took the time to listen to all of our concerns. KRM went above and beyond a simple oil change and helped us to diagnose and solve the issue.

Called them in the morning, said I was having my car towed in. Let the girl who answered the phone know year, make, model and what the issue was. Stopped by in the afternoon just to confirm and make sure they had all my info. The tow truck showed up, and they refused it because it's a Volvo, which they knew from both times I'd spoken with them. Now I'm paying for extra towing to take it somewhere else. Thanks!
