Called them in the morning, said I was having my car towed in. Let the girl who answered the phone know year, make, model and what the issue was. Stopped by in the afternoon just to confirm and make sure they had all my info. The tow truck showed up, and they refused it because it's a Volvo, which they knew from both times I'd spoken with them. Now I'm paying for extra towing to take it somewhere else. Thanks!
This shop is so professional and they took great care of Nikki and Justin when their f350 needed a vacuum pump, incredible shop and Bryson seems like an amazing helper.
