Highly recommend! Richard Kritz has lighted two of my houses and they look great! Any issues were promptly addressed and remedied!
I called twice about having a small, failing retaining wall inspected for possible repair/replacement. Unfortunately, no one answered and I had to leave voicemails. Almost a week later and I have yet to hear from them. It’s a shame that contractors/businesses especially small businesses fail to even return a call that could lead to obtaining a new customer. I’m not sure if I am out of their territory or they are extremely busy but a 5 minute phone call stating that or something else is very beneficial.
Richard has done several jobs for us, and we recommend him highly. He installed outdoor lights for the front of our house several years ago. We love his maintenance policy: whenever we have any issue with our lighting we call him and he promptly comes to have a look. Twice he has fixed lines cut by our landscapers. He did this free of charge. We were so pleased with his lighting that we hired him to build a firepit and update landscaping in our front and back yards.
