Thanks Krivanek! I wanted an emerald put in my ring. They had a bunch to choose from and went through them until I found the one I wanted. The price for the gem, labor, and resizing was very reasonable and I got my ring back quickly.

I learned a hard lesson here. I was very unhappy that what I asked for was not done and something completely different was done with what I brought in. I waited over a month and was caught so off guard with what they had done They offered to “fix” it but I paid my bill and left because I really didn’t think it was capable of being “fixed” to my satisfaction. A perfectly good neck chain that was brought in for clasp repair only was cut in half and used in a way I didn’t ask for. I asked for a bale on the pendant not a “fixed”... read more
