Horrible experience. I had my wedding ring re-sized and when I went to pick it up there was an obvious flaw in the design. The older jeweler acted like he couldn’t see the flaw and asked me to find it for him again, even though it was obvious. He then very rudely told me it was as good as it was going to get and demanded I pay up the $130 I owed them. I was shocked at the rude way he treated me. The young woman assisting me reassured me that it was not my fault, wished me luck, and apologized. I am grateful for her kindness.... read more

This is probably the best Jeweler I have ever had the pleasure of working with too design a ring for my wife. The time that he took too get the right Alexandrite stone for her as well as the perfect cut, was absolutely amazing. I feel very blessed to have found this amazing store in Salida Colorado and the entire staff are wonderful and they all are amazing and bend over backwards to try to make everything that you do a special and seemless time.
