I learned a hard lesson here. I was very unhappy that what I asked for was not done and something completely different was done with what I brought in. I waited over a month and was caught so off guard with what they had done They offered to “fix” it but I paid my bill and left because I really didn’t think it was capable of being “fixed” to my satisfaction. Working on our rings with Mark was an incredible experience. Not only is he kind and knowledgeable, but the fact that he can point out the window to the mountain that he personally mined your stone from was as specialized as it gets. My husband didn’t want any plain or modern band, and Mark’s classic selection of 14’er etched bands was the unique touch we were looking for. It’s quite cool to say my husband’s band shows the same mountain that my stone came from.
