Five Stars ⭐️ from me I had a hearing appointment with Dr Taylor and she is amazing 🤩 and the absolute sweetest ever went above and beyond and listened to my concerns and ordered my hearing aides today did my impressions smooth and easy and I have a appointment with Dr Nunnally for my sinus problem super amazing staff here all around …. This visit was a waste of time. Dr. suggested I see a TMJ Dr. and when I told him I had tried to make an appt with one I was told I needed a referral. He then went off on " I knew this one Dr. in a different city he was in his 80's and died then said the same thing about a different Dr. He then mumbled about a Dr. in a different city 200 miles away, finally saying he doesn't know anyone local. So I ended up leaving without any help for the extreme pain I was having in my right ear.
The medical staff here is very amiable!
We did not have a good experience here. Made an appointment for an ongoing issue with extremely swollen/enlarged tonsils. My son was seen by a nurse practitioner. I do not feel like we were taken seriously, and she did not take time to listen to concerns. We were told my son just "looked streppy", and to continue taking current meds. There was no test, no further examination of any kind. She just looked down his throat.
