Truly could not have gotten through this day without Kristy and her incredible team. Nothing could have prepared me for the full-on thunderstorm that rolled through on our wedding day, but somehow, Kristy and her team handled every curveball with such grace and confidence. I would not recommend using this coordinator outside of her regular venue, Sedonie Mansion. The Lake Mary Events Center has a very strict policy about arrival times, which I completely understand. However, when my bridesmaids arrived about 30 minutes early due to a simple misunderstanding, Kristy called me in an accusatory tone as though I was intentionally trying to gain early access to the venue. We got married last weekend and had an absolutely wonderful day. Kristy and Shelly made sure that all of our vendors were taken care of, and we had nothing to worry about throughout the whole day. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we can’t thank them enough. Both my maid of honor and one of my best friends used Kristy’s team for their wedding day too and I will highly recommend them for anyone else I know that is getting married!
I really struggled with writing this review because I always try to give vendors the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my experience with Kristy Rapp Events was disappointing from start to finish. I booked Kristy because I needed a wedding coordinator, and Sydonie Mansion requires couples to choose from one of two coordinators on their approved list.
