We hired Kristy for day of coordination. Kristy and her assistant were great at our wedding. Everything ran pretty smoothly and it ended up being a perfect day. Her assistant checked on us multiple times and helped with a couple small things during the day that popped up. Kristy was helpful with the planning process, giving vendor suggestions and to do lists. Every question I had she answered pretty quickly. We chose the baseline coordination package and unfortunately our experience wasn’t what we expected. Throughout the planning process, most of the support we received consisted of to-do lists, but they were rarely updated—even when we sent updates about vendors we had already booked.
