She's ok. She handled my case without any unwanted or unexpected issue just like she promised, but she wasted a good deal of my time. I only wanted to pay someone to take care of my problems without being annoyed. Let me be fair. she is very knowledgeable of the subjects she handles, she is also very timely, very professional, courteous and has a smile that would just warm your heart and brighten your day. I'm giving her 4 stars instead of 5 because I find her communication method too advanced for folks of an older generation like me. I first went to one of those meat packing factory type mills that advertise everyday on TV, I don't care what good things other "testimonials" said about them I didn't like them. Not only is Kristy a wonderful attorney, she's a wonderful person! She was recommended by LawQA, a free legal question answering website. She had answered over 2000 questions and many attorneys around the country endorsed her. When I called her, I told her up front that I may not be able to pay to hire an attorney. she's a wonderful lawyer and a wonderful human being. some non-lawyer service screwed up my case and kristy took over and fixed everything. she didn't even charge me because i'm old, with many disabilities, with no income and no family. i'm happy with her.
