I felt she was a big help then I missed an appointment (my goof up) then she no showed an appointment. She then said my insurance wasn’t paying. I hadn’t received anything from my insurance regarding the problem. I asked her to please call me with the reason the insurance gave for not paying and I never heard from her again.
It has been a pleasure to work Kristy and we look forward to many years of continued partnership.
