We recently transitioned to another financial service provider due to various concerns and would not recommend Kristy Reed at Ameriprise. Initially, we were satisfied with her help consolidating our financial assets, but realized in the last couple years a lack of accountability when it came to our financial results. After providing a written termination and fee discontinuation during our transfer, her fees continued and we are now attempting to rectify. Please don’t make the same mistake!
