I tried to contact this therapist several times. She boasts on her website that she responds within 2 hours. After 3 calls with no response I decided to give up. It seems to me that someone in this profession, possibly dealing with people who are in crisis, would be a little more on top of things. If she’s not accepting new clients, she could easily say that in her outgoing message when someone calls. Kristy has helped me so much in various Therapuetic contexts. She is an excellent skilled therapist with compassion and maturity that leaves you feeling safe and heard. She is the first person I would refer a couple or or family to. She is an amazing professional for an individual who is new to counseling as well.
