For those of us who don't have a printer or just computer illiterate, Kristt Kelly is great. They serve your needs 100%. I for one have a smart phone and a laptop and I still go to them for any and everything. They are a staple in this age of technology. Every time I need something they come through. Don’t waste your time going there with a prepaid label on your package this company wants to be greedy and still charge you a extra dollar per package so I said no way and left since I’m returning a defective pair of shoes back to Footlocker I shouldn’t have to pay nothing!!! I’ll never go back there for anything since they like raping their customers!!!!
