I so highly recommend this jewelry store, they came through for me in a big way!!! I have three necklaces that had gotten quite tangled up and despite hours of trying on my end, I was not able to untangle it. I took the necklaces to other places to have it untangled but had no luck, I made one last attempt and brought the necklaces (big sentimental value) to 'Kristof's Classic Jewelers (Sherman Oaks location)' and in less than 30 minutes, they untangled all 3 necklaces for me.
