I am deeply disappointed and genuinely frightened by my recent experience with this provider. I arrived at approximately 10:00 a.m. experiencing severe chest pain centered around my heart, shortness of breath, a rapid heart rate, and an inability to perform basic activities — such as walking up stairs — without nearly fainting.
