Dr. Michaels takes the time to listen...very important to me. He and his staff are the best with a special shout-out to Maricella. Sweet lady and super efficient!
I have been seeing Dr. Michaels for about a year and a half now. He as always been kind, attentive and caring. I had an appointment today and his staff and Dr. Michaels caught that my blood pressure was a little high and thought it would be best for me to take a low dose medication to bring it back to normal and wanted me to follow up with him in a week to see how I felt and how the medication was working. Dr. Michael's is fabulous however since Max Health took over the staff is horrible and quite intrusive especially when you are trying to make an appointment they demand to know why you want to see the doctor. I feel bad for Dr. Michael's because if anyone else has experienced the same since Max Health took over I'm sure he has lost patients
BEWARE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT DAYS BEFORE THAT YOUVE HAD FOR MONTHS. My husband had an appointment with dr Michael’s that they scheduled 3 months out and they called the day before and cancelled it even though the doctor himself agreed to see him. So unprofessional. My entire family goes here, my mom, my grandma, me. He has a medical issue he really needs urgent help with and they don’t care. Terrible office staff, terrible management
