I rarely leave reviews, but my experience this morning was disappointing. I called ahead and the person on the phone sounded cold and unwelcoming. When I arrived, no one greeted me—not even a “good morning” in return. The first thing I was told was, “Cash only, no cards.” I asked for an approximate price for hair and nails and was told to bring $200, which seemed completely unrealistic. I like this salon. Usually come here for a pedicure and some occasional manicure. I'm kinda old already so I'm barely able to do all that. Nice salon nice staff good job.
I was disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. One of my nails chipped just two days after my appointment, which is unacceptable for a professional manicure. I expected my nails to last much longer, especially for the price I paid. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations, and I don’t plan on returning. I hope the salon improves the durability and quality of its work.
