From the moment I left the salon, the quality of the work was already questionable. Less than 24 hours after getting my nails done, one of them completely broke. I called ahead of time to ask if they could fix it, and they told me they were busy and to come back the next day at 6 PM. That seemed reasonable, so I showed up exactly when they told me to. Antes este lugar me gustaba ahora noo, desde que cambiaron de dueña, las uñas se te empiezan a caer en menos de una semana, mis uñas no quedan bonitas, cambian de personal cada rato. No te recomiendo este lugar a menos que quieras venir para que te duren una semana.

The use cheap product and blame it on the client. I came get 3 days in a row to fix my broken nails! Requested a partial refund, because I understand that I'm paying for a service as well, and they declined it. Saturday- 1 set broke within an hour. Sunday- 2nd new set broke on Monday. Monday- The Owner, Cindy says, "We cannot refund you. You have to check your nails before you leave. I don't know what you are doing at home."

Today I went to get a pedicure and a short man did it. I didn't like it; he didn't even use hot towels. Instead of lotion, I used alcohol. My feet didn't even stay in the water for long. I told him I had ingrown toenails and wanted to stick a toothpick in my toe. I didn't like it, and he left his tray with his nails stools on the floor. I don't think he knows what he's doing; he's still learning. I paid $28.00. BAD SERVICE!!
