I drove over an hour to make it to my 3:40 pm appt. I arrived 15mins late. I was informed that my appointment was labeled as a no show. They charges $50 for no shows. I'm a new patient. There was nothing that's states the late policy. I also received a message from the office to complete documents before my appointment. The late policy was not mentioned there either. Made an appointment that I waited 3 1/2 months for. The office left me a message canceling the appointment. When I called back to find out what happened, I was told the person I had the appointment with needed a day off. When I asked when I could get in it wasn’t until July. Even then at this point I wasn’t guaranteed I would be seen then. Very disappointed that I waited almost four months to be told I would have to wait another 5 months and no guarantee at that point. I Would not recommend this facility at all.
