If I could leave a lower star rating I would. Dr. Santerini was the on call provider for when I called to leave a message for my doctor I see and the person who answered forwarded me to her out of concern. This doctor just told me it was the end of the day and that if I wanted my concern addressed I should have called earlier in a very rude manner.
