I have been seeing Kristina weekly for about 9 months and she consistently provides an excellent therapeutic massage which gives me relief from upper back and lower back pain. She is kind, professional yet lovely and always punctual. I also appreciate that she sits with me prior to each appointment to go over any recent health issues that may be necessitate a different kind of massage that day. Highly recommended.

Kristina is in a league of her own, really. Very professional and able to feel muscular issues before you even tell her. I'm truly amazed and know I'm in the right hands. If you're looking to actually make your pain GO AWAY, look no further!! She's OUTSTANDING!

I recently had a massage session with Kristina. Her technique was effective, targeting areas of tension. I left feeling relaxed and with reduced muscle tightness. Kristina created a calm environment that contributed to the overall pleasantness of the session. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a competent massage therapist.

Update to my original post below - it’s been a while now since first seeing Kris, and my gratitude in finding her continues to grow. I really appreciate her knowledge and mostly her strength and ability to really work my muscles. I like that she always checks in to see how I am and what areas I want focused on the most.
