Kris was a joy to work with. She was always available to show us homes, and responsive to every text, email, and phone call. She helped us find our lot and recommend a great builder. We saw a great variety of homes and land so that we could make the best choice for our family. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and homes on Lake Keowee. I have no doubt she will help you find what you are looking for!
We worked with Kris for over two years. We had a couple of things going against us and this is why it took so long. Kristina was excellent. We started our journey for looking for land at the end of 2022. We changed our requirements multiple times and added a brother and brother-in-law into our search for one large piece of land we could subdivide. We made multiple trips to Oconee from out of state. Kristina would scout the area for us and give us an update. If your looking for an agent who is flexible, professional, personable and helps you to find your house or land, I highly recommend Kris.
