Kris is AWESOME!!! We live 500-600 miles from Seneca - we needed someone we could trust who would keep in mind the various aspects that mattered. On water, no HOA etc. Kris would keep an ear to the ground and only send properties that matched! She's put on high boots and tromped marshy ground, w us on FaceTime, to show us properties long distance. When we visited, she picked us up at the hotel and drove us not only to properties, but to various golf courses bc my husband is an avid golfer. We finally found the perfect spot... read more
