My husband had become very ill with brain cancer. We saw Kristina. She took the time to allow him to read the documents, write questions he had and then answer them all to his satisfaction. We received the Durable Power of Attorney, the Medical Power of Attorney and other documents necessary for me (his wife) to proceed with continuity of care. Kristina is an Incompetent attorney. She lacks the knowledge and expertise to manage a trial. She relies only on non-expert testimony to prove alleged medical abuse allegations (malpractice). She lacks critical thinking skills needed to avoid family conflicts and exercises poor judgement in exercising her duties as an officer of the court (ethics violation) She should be embarrassed of herself. It took a jury less than 2 hours to rule against her frivolous case. Updates to follow.
