I love Dr. Naseer and her staff but have been calling since January 1st with no return phone resulting in 3 months of pain... This also cost me a shot in my 1 year window... I pay $4000 out of pocket on the first one so would like to get all 4 in, but they have taken this opportunity away this year..
I don’t know how they expect the practice to grow if they never return phone calls. I have called three different times over the past month and waited weeks for them to call me back and they never have.
Dr.Naseer & her medical staff are top notch!
My husband has had pain from sciatica for several months. Our primary care provider tried basic pain management interventions but the pain has become so bad that he cannot ride in a car for more than 45 minutes without acute pain.Our primary care provider referred us to the IPC. No appointments till October. Hardly patient-first care.
