Loved my experience here. I've been having trouble finding an eye doctor that gave me a similar experience as my favorite doctor back when I lived in California. Everyone was super helpful and kind, from the front desk to the exam and to choosing the frames. It was easy to speak and ask questions and my prescription didn't hurt my eyes or felt too strong like usual. They are very unprofessional. 2nd year in a row I’ve had issues. My daughter came in for an appt and did some testing and then we waited in the doctors that was running late after 45 minutes they asked to reschedule because the doctor was not coming in. A year later for the annual check up, appt is scheduled arrive to the location and the entire office is dark and no one is there. No one ever came, never called to cancel or reschedule the appt. This team was great!!! Melinda was very patient, kind, and took great care with my mother. Dr. Young was equally as awesome 👌 while giving my mother her eye exam. She picked out new frames and I am confident that they will be super. Thank you all for being ready awesome! NP
