My mother took her beloved dog here for a surgery. Her dog has metal staples. She was supposed to have her follow up on Wednesday (it’s Friday). She was told the only doctor was off Monday and Tuesday, so she was worried all the appointments would push her appointment out. Then she was called and told her Wednesday appointment was pushed to Saturday. Now she’s being told the doctor might not be in on Saturday. This is becoming ridiculous. I wouldn’t go here for anything other than maybe routine shots.
Customer service here is really bad, they don’t call you back or answer their phone half the time.
