I like Dr. Winkler because she is a friendly professional that quickly and completely answers all of my questions regarding my hearing issues and my Oticon hearing aids. She has done my annual hearing evaluation and updates on my current set of hearing aids,.Additionally, she has provided a fitting/trial set of new Oticon aids with insightful feedback about new Oticon products, All of this has helped me make better decisions about hearing aids.
She saw the problem in promise to follow up with me next week to resolve the problem
