Kristin made both buying a new home and selling our old one as seamless and pleasant as possible! She always felt approachable and willing to address any questions we had, and her entire team at Nicklaus Vance made our buying/selling process so easy- even at times where things could have gotten complicated. We toured many homes during our search and when we were ready to put in an offer she was quick to do so and help with negotiations. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and family.
I’ve known Kristin to be extremely knowledgeable about the Jupiter and Tequesta real estate market. As someone who knows the waterfront communities here well, it’s clear to me that her expertise really stands out. She takes the time to understand each client’s needs and gives them her full attention throughout the process. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication make her someone you can truly trust. I would highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Jupiter and Palm Beach area.
Working with Kristin has been a pleasure. She has a low key approach but always prepared with pertinent information. Very responsive and punctual. We always felt she had our best interest in mind and helped us navigate the purchasing process with ease. She has an excellent staff and contacts involved in the process. Her intelligence and attention to detail was much appreciated, and we would strongly recommend her services!!!
Kristin was absolutely amazing to work with!! We hope to work with her again in the future!
Very competent and easy to deal with
