I am so so thankful I came across Dr. Stevens. I went in for an appt because I've never been able to really breathe out of my nose. It didnt bother me too much because I didn't know any different - been this way my whole life, but the night-time mouth breathing had started to drive me crazy so I got an appt to see how jacked up things were. While the staff and Dr. Stevens were kind and gentle with my 2 week old for a tongue and lip tie release, we were misinformed about his wound care. We were told to NOT stretch his wound or do anything post-release and told that he would not have any issues or re-attach. We followed that instruction, and 2 days later, his tongue started reattaching. We began starting the stretches, but it was too late. I feel so fortunate to have Dr.Stevens as my doctor and surgeon. Her and Allison (Her NP) have been sooo amazing to work with and I would recommend them to anyone 💕🙏💝

Let me begin by saying that I have nothing but excellent review for Dr. Stevens. She is knowledgeable, caring, and absolutely me of the best medical professionals I have encountered. My 2-star rating is for the policy the practice has for cancelling appointments. I carts to understand the trouble cancelling an appointment can create, but I feel there should be some understanding of personal situations.
