Condescending with zero bedside manner. Couldn’t even begin solve or diagnose my sister’s neuropathy. After many visits of enduring her disdain, we sought treatment elsewhere. Luckily, she has received a diagnosis and is on the right track now. But we lost critical time that impacted her quality of life to the point that she is bed ridden. Dr. Johnson should remember people are the reason she has a job. Maybe being a researcher is better suited to her personality since caring for others is not her priority.
Dr. Johnson was exceptional in her administering of the EMG/NCS. She made me feel very at ease and I can tell she is extremely good at what she does. I highly recommend her! Her entire staff was amazing. Celeste was a champion at getting me in soon and talking me through this difficult health journey.
My family member was seen by this provider and had a very negative experience. He waited in the exam room for over an hour before this physician was able to see him which was not an issue but her bedside manner was very dismissive and cold. She ordered tests that were already completed if she had only reviewed the chart or asked that info could have been provided. I was very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Johnson! She was professional and very clear when I asked questions! She was concerned about my condition
The actual services were just fine. However… I had an hour plus long wait before they took me back. I had called an hour earlier before my appointment trying to see if I could come in early. They said no there are no openings so I hung around town for an hour waiting for my appointment. I found out when I got there that they had been an hour plus behind for most of the day. They should have given me an option at that time when I called to reschedule. I was the last person in the building… even the check in clerks were gone. ... read more
