Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable
Very dismissive and condescending. Within 5 minutes dismissed my entire experience with my illness and talked badly about other physicians who had been vital to my care. Very inappropriate and unprofessional.
We were initially very impressed by Dr. Johnson’s office. The staff was kind and attentive, and they were able to get my mother-in-law, a new patient, in to see the doctor quickly—especially compared to other neurologists. Unfortunately, our experience after that became frustrating and deeply disappointing. By the time my mother-in-law saw Dr. Johnson, she was likely already in the middle-to-late stages of her disease. I met with Dr Kristen Johnson this morning for the first time. I have never had a Dr spend so much time with me. I was in the office for almost 2 hours . She listened asked question went through my previous MRI made notes looked through my phone at previous blood work . I absolutely love her and would highly recommend her!! Totally blow away !
Condescending with zero bedside manner. Couldn’t even begin solve or diagnose my sister’s neuropathy. After many visits of enduring her disdain, we sought treatment elsewhere. Luckily, she has received a diagnosis and is on the right track now. But we lost critical time that impacted her quality of life to the point that she is bed ridden. Dr. Johnson should remember people are the reason she has a job. Maybe being a researcher is better suited to her personality since caring for others is not her priority.
