Dr Ratliff is fantastic. Calling to get an appointment, or a refill on your rx is a horrible process. I have had multiple appointments canceled and not told they were canceled, and can never get prescription refilled in a timely manner because the office always screws it up somehow.
Love her to pieces!!! I'm a extremely difficult case and she listens , understands, weighs in on options, gives researched answers, best of all she knows how to deal with my anxiety!
Dr. Ratliff is the best OBGYN in the area I went to her during my first pregnancy my son is now 3 years old and I’m currently expecting my second baby and she has been wonderful. She is very reliable. She answers all my questions and is always there when I have concerns. Kristy is also so wonderful and sweet she is very gentle all of the staff at Dr. Ratliffs office deserve 5 stars!
