I have been seeing Dr. Kranz for over 20 years and have nothing but kind words for her. Appointments are easy to get and early morning ones fit me fine. Short waits and good care are what I expect and get. She always comes in with a smile ans I leave feeling better. Wish I knew where she is now having left Summa. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a patient for 2 and a half years and have the hardest time being seen by Dr. Krantz. It is September and I still have not had my y army physical bc my appointment is impossible. It takes forever to get in and then the last appointment where I changed my work schedule to make it they cancelled it on me and I didn’t know until I got there. Then I made a appointment online and it must have never went through bc I left work early and when I got there they said I don’t have an appointment
Dr. Kranz is compassionate and thorough. She is up on all the current recommendations but in this current climate of insurance companies depersonalization she views her relationships with her patients and their families as a top priority. You will never feel like a number or that you did not have her full attention. I have relocated and still go back to see her, despite the hour drive.
Dr Krantz is great. She's always there for me and I trust her judgment calls on my medical needs. She is a kind and understanding person that takes time to listen to you. Your not just a number to her
She's a kind and knowledgeable doctor-she always takes time to talk to me and makes me feel as though my health is important to her. I'm so glad I found Dr. Kranz and recommend her to everyone I know.
Dr. Kranz was my PCP for several years until I moved. She was warm, honest, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that my last visit or so she seemed over-scheduled (like she had planned 10 or 15 mins for my visit), but I'm not sure this was her fault. I always felt listened to and respected.
I feel so lucky that I found Dr. Kranz. She is by far the best PCP I have ever had. She is thorough, and takes the time to actually listen. She seems to care about all aspects of my health. She is professional and courteous.
I have never met a doctor who cared less about my health than Kranz. She falsified my test results in order to requests more and more tests. She is rude and only interested fulfilling a quota. Her staff is friendly and inept.
