I want to express my appreciation for the excellent care provided by Kristen Miller and her team,whom I've had the pleasure of being a patient with for approximately 7 years.Regrettably the receptionist at the Kankakee location falls short of expectations,frequently exhibiting a poor attitude & just randomly hanging up on you. Don't have much to say about Kristin specifically, but this office is horrendous after Prime took over. Getting ahold of anyone in the office is difficult. They hardly answer the phones, and when you leave a voicemail it is usually days before they call you back. Couldn't even get ahold of anyone in the office recently to reschedule an appointment for my husband and the voicemail was full so couldn't even leave a message. I hate to have to do this, Kristin Miller is a phenomenal doctor, Ive seen her for many years and shes been wonderful. Caring and attentive. However, Prime has ruined my experience here and I will never be back. The receptionist at the new location was RUDE (black lady longer hair, don't know her name), Prime has none of your records even though you've been a patient in the same office for years.
