No follow through on my care. In addition I've been referred to a specialist and that Dr wants a study done prior to my appt with them, which PCP has to order. I've been ignored on multiple needs. I'm in healthcare myself so I'm extremely frustrated. My care and health is being affected because of the lack of follow through.
Kristen is a great PA! Listens to concerns and addresses them appropriately. Highly recommend!
