Kristin is very nice; however, this place absolutely robs their customers. I own a very standard home in Greenwood Missouri, it's probably worth $400,000. MY INSURANCE PREMIUM WAS $8200 FOR THIS YEAR!!! I am having state level agencies initiate an investigation unless I am refunded for this absolute debacle. My folks own a $2.1 million home, and their insurance was $2000 cheaper than my own. Something unlawful has occurred here. This agency is wonderful- the agent takes time out of her busy schedule to check in with me at least once a renewal period to go over the coverages, changes, etc. Nowhere else have I been treated like family.
