Avoid this place at all costs. They shove a scope up your nose and then diagnose you in a matter of minutes, tell you that surgery is the only option, and send you a whopping $800 bill in the mail for the scope when you’ve already paid $200 for the visit—a PCP doesn’t charge you to look up your nose and ears for a mere check up. Receptionist Desk check me out without looking up and left before I can say goodbye, Dr Marcum's assistant took care of me hurriedly, Before I can finish what I have to say She moved on to the next question. Dr Marcum says nice meeting me while opening the door to leave before I can say thanks for her time.
Dr. Kristin Marcum over charged my husband for an initial appointment claiming he had a “surgery” which was inaccurate since she spent less than 5 minutes in the room with him taking a flashlight and looking in his nose and saying “everything looked fine”. After receiving an astronomical bill, the office refuses to contact us back or even give the doctor’s email address to us so that we can copy them on the appeals letter to United Healthcare.
