I've received craniosacral therapy with Kristin on multiple occasions. The experience is both physically and emotionally soothing and energizing. Kristin has a genuine and intuitive energy I trust fully. I gain a lot from her insights and I feel settled and centered in my body after each session.

I received such profound release and realignment from Kristin's craniosacral massage. She has such a gift to know where to place her hands and amazing intuition of how long to leave them there until I would feel a shift from the tightness in my body to total relaxation. I felt quiet tears roll down my cheeks as blocks were released and energy began flowing again. I walked out of the experience feeling like I was floating. I highly recommend Kristin's healing craniosacral experience to everyone.

One session and I felt a difference in the way my body conducted itself. I felt more coherent, and more open to better possibilities for my emotional health.
