I just moved to Denver on short notice and Kristin met up with me and helped me narrow down my search before I got in town, then showed me the area on the first day and quickly narrowed the scope of houses I was interested and I found my dream house within a week. Kristin was an amazing realtor for us. We were working on a short timeline to find a home and she was quick to respond, set up appointments, and answer any questions we had. She was also very organized and made sure that all of our tasks were handled on time during closing. Lastly, I really appreciated that she communicated in advance times of the week/day that she would not be able to work with us so that we had the ability to adjust our expectations accordingly.
