She listens!! Very caring and gentle.
I had an appointment with Kristin Haddock and the entire process went smoothly and efficiently. I arrived on time and was greeted by the check in staff, who was very kind and had me checked in immediately. Just as I sat down, I was called back by the nurse to enter the patient room to answer a few questions relating to the visit. Soon after, the doctor came in, and we efficiently discussed my concerns. Ms. Haddock is a thoroughly knowledgeable, professional NP, with a great “bedside manner”, explaining everything and advising me on what I should be doing to stay healthy! She is a great asset to Aiken Physicians Alliance Primary Care - Southside, and I highly recommend her!
Usually only visit for Medicare wellness checkup, so no experience with, or opinion about Nurse Haddock's medical prowess. Wait times are reasonable, call backs are within their specified time frames, staff is congenial and professional. No issues with prescription refills. All-in, not an unpleasant experience.
