This woman is a horrible human being. I was SO PROUD to have a gastrologist that was not only a woman, part of the LGBTQ, and African American. She questioned my alliance when I wore an ALLY Shirt and asked or if I wore it for the pretty rainbow. She yelled at me and held back on helping me. Thank goodness I went to another doctor because I needed surgery. She “left” the practice. Horrible
Dr. Kristin Gaffney did my emergency colonoscopy and all follow up and routine evaluations. I love Dr. Gaffney and her entire staff. I appreciate the care and attention they give to their patients.
Unprofessional and horrible bedside manner. Dr. G needs to watch her mouth and what she says in the OR before the patient is asleep. My husband heard exactly what you said to one of the nurses. Let me remind you “THIS IS THE EMERGENCY? THIS IS WHY WE WERE ALL WOKEN UP TO COME INTO THE OR?” How dare you. You should be ashamed of your practice and views towards patients and their needs. This is a horrible office! It doesn't deserve any stars. I can put up with rude office staff. I can put up with long wait times and leaving voice mails that never get returned. I will not put up with a bad doctor. Dr. Gaffney use to be so nice 5 years ago. She has changed. My mom who is older came with me to my appointment. I was being a good son not to leave her in the car. She came in the room with me. Dr. Gaffney came in and didn't even have my test results with her that I had 3 months ago.
