I messed up the location and called the office and they were able to switch me over right away to a zoom appointment so I could touch base with Kristi. She was very personable, listened to what I had to say and wants to figure out how to help. She was great!
Very professional, interested in what I had to say. Offered some things to try that I haven’t done before.
She was great, but ultimately was told to go to urgent care. Exactly what I was avoiding to have to do. Now have to go there, pay another copay & wait 2+ hours wilh my sick 4 year old
