I cannot say enough about how amazing Kristin is!! My whole family has been going to Kristin’s for auto repairs etc for about 2 years now! I just bought a Subaru from them and it was the easiest vehicle purchase ever!! Amazing car and incredible- amazing service, we will not go anywhere else in Ohio for cars or car repairs!!
I've had them for several repairs, ac, brakes, fuel issues, ect for my business vehicles and personal vehicles and they have always found the issue and made the correct repairs. Once or twice I had a repair done where one part was fixed and the car ran better but there was still another part that needed repaired to make it silky smooth that we didn't know about until the main part was fixed. 99% of the time Russ and his team had diagnosed and repaired all the parts pertaining to my described issue the very first time. Honest and nice people. They got my van back on the road and were able to shop around for parts to keep the price down. Highly recommend for repairs.
I have had the best experience with Kristin, Russ and the team at KCAG. Really good. They assess the problem in our cars and then work with us just like we’re family almost. It couldn’t be better. When I need something done I know I count on them to get ‘er done. On three of my vehicles and my kids’ vehicles. Solid every time.
I’ve read multiple different reviews between Facebook and google but I went to look at a GMC Terrain on 3/12/25 and honestly now that I’ve read her response to some of the reviews and I’m not gonna lie someone said in their review said she made a deal with them to buy a car the following morning she replied they don’t hold cars for anyone which is how it should be BUT 3-12-25 she was telling me on one or two cars she thought they was spoke for knowing I was there with 6k for sure and didn’t offer me anything else now I did c... read more
