For the Record noticed my initial Review was mysteriously Removed, also noticed several other 1 star reviews were also removed. 1st amendment right is to speak, and this truly happened. I normally do not like to complain, but this issue has to be heard. I was prescribed a medication in February- that needed a PA ( pre- authorization) from my insurance, this is a very simple process, i even gave them the direct # and fax # to my Insurance as my Insurance was waiting for Docu and ready to Approve it.
