Kristin was great and very responsive. The price was very competitive and fair.
The accountability and customer service suffers due to what seems is the standard held by the owner of this business. Ms. Bishop seems to stand by her agents even when potential corrections can be made. I would recommend finding other insurance agents/options that will be much better to work with.
