The accountability and customer service suffers due to what seems is the standard held by the owner of this business. Ms. Bishop seems to stand by her agents even when potential corrections can be made. I would recommend finding other insurance agents/options that will be much better to work with. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Kristin and the whole Allstate team are! I had State Farm before and they were so awful, but Allstate has just been amazing. They are such good advocates and they really fight for you. I’ll never change insurance companies again.
Nicest people in the business...helpful and affordable. Always there to answer my questions and help assist me. They don't make you feel like they are trying to "sell" you anything. Offers many coverage options. Roadside service is fast and reliable.
