The accountability and customer service suffers due to what seems is the standard held by the owner of this business. Ms. Bishop seems to stand by her agents even when potential corrections can be made. I would recommend finding other insurance agents/options that will be much better to work with. Kristin and her team are always professional, polite, and looking out for their clients! My time with their agency was a great experience and I highly recommend to anyone shopping around. The customer service alone is unbeatable!
I can’t say enough about how wonderful Kristin and the whole Allstate team are! I had State Farm before and they were so awful, but Allstate has just been amazing. They are such good advocates and they really fight for you. I’ll never change insurance companies again.
