Kristin was recommended to us and it was the best recommendation possible. From our first meeting she was prepared but also listened. She focuses on you and your property. She’s responsive, gives sound advice, and makes your house shine in the listing. She has an excellent photographer who will also do drone and floor plan. In negotiation she was shrewd and helped us settle on the best price but still let all decisions be up to us without undue pressure. You really can’t go wrong with her.
