Dr. Robertson is always positive and kind. She is patient, listens to what concerns you and considers all possibilities. She orders tests that need to be done and refers to specialists when needed. She found my orthostatic hypotension on my first visit with her and no other dr ever even thought about testing for it. She’s the best.

Terrible with prescription refills and returning calls. Also, finds weird ways to bill for what should be physicals covered by insurance. I am sure it is a combination of her and the staff, but I thought St. Thomas had better standards and quality control. My health is not the most important concern. Billing me and my insurance in unnecessary ways, as often as possible, is clearly of utmost importance.

Dr. Robertson is not a good doctor or gynecologist. I have been bleeding CONSTANTLY for months and months upon end, she won’t solve the problem. Keeps injecting me with birth control and keeps saying it’ll solve the problem and it never does. To make matters worse, her office in Saint Thomas Medical Center Bellevue NEVER answers the phone.
