I really liked my doctor until today.. i tested positive 2x for covid over the weekend. I contacted Dr laxalt on monday as I'm over 70 and immuno compromised. I asked for paxlovid or some kind of help with severe gastrointestinal issues, dehydration, headaches and vomiting. Still waiting for response. Update: 7 days later I was contacted by office and told to go to er and to contact a gastrointestinal Dr. I give up.
There's nothing more satisfying than a doctor who is clearly listening to you and never rushes you through your appointment. It's a pleasure to wait my turn because I know when it's my turn I've got her full attention!
